My Aunt was Jane Mccracken owner of Just Plain Jane's and my grandmother Gloria Brown was the Bartender over 25 yrs. I have Many memories of Jane's ill share here and look forward to hearing others stories.Steve.

Growing up my family had family reunions out back of Jane's. When i was a toddler anyone whos been out back knows the long pads between the covered areas. Doing the sack race and games popping ballons with other children was lots of fun. Egg tosses etc. As i got older my cousin and I played shuffle board and threw darts while grandma bartended. Grandma would introduce me to bikers and ill always remember being young and being like WTF?? why are these guys kissing each other. Grandma would tell me stories of events at the bar.The Jersey Iron MC hung there alot and i got to know a few as they always helped Gloria at the bar and her house. The Pagan MC used to get into trouble alot but the Jersey Iron handled it for her. The Breed MC and Bandanas MC were there often. During 1997 i would help grandma at the bar cooking for her in the kitchen at night and hang with friends. One experience in 97 i was out in woods partying with so called friends and a fight started. That night i stopped at a regular couples house and they were great helping me ice bruises and clean up. Later down the road i walked out the bar and guys i fought were in car by door so i let the guy know who helped and he ran out the door and jumped on hood of car pounding as they tried to drive away. Concerts were always fun and some big bands played out back. Overkill and Testament were a a few if i remember correctly. As i remember i will post more. Stephen Guardino Jr.
